Issuance of New Shares • On 9 September 2026, 2,472 new Class B weighted-voting-right (WVR) ordinary shares were issued upon exercise of employee stock options granted under the pre-IPO scheme adopted on 6 February 2018. • The issue price was HKD 0.3273 per share, increasing the Class B share count by 0.0001 % to 3,664.11 million. Total issued shares (Class A plus Class B) now stand at 4,326.97 million.
Ongoing Share Repurchases • The company bought back 618,000 Class B shares on-market on 9 September 2026 at prices ranging between HKD 32.12 and HKD 32.54, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 19.99 million. • Including this latest tranche, repurchases executed since 20 August 2026 but not yet cancelled amount to 20.88 million shares, representing approximately 0.48 % of Kuaishou’s total issued share capital as of 8 September 2026. • All repurchased shares are scheduled for cancellation; none will be held as treasury stock.
Repurchase Mandate Utilisation • The annual mandate approved on 25 June 2026 authorises buybacks of up to 432.69 million shares. • Cumulative repurchases under this mandate have reached 33.17 million shares, equal to 0.77 % of the company’s issued share base at the mandate date, leaving roughly 399.52 million shares available for further buybacks. • Following the 9 September transaction, Kuaishou is restricted from issuing new shares or selling any treasury shares on the market until 9 October 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing rules.
