SILVER GRANT posts July 2026 monthly return: issued share count steady at 2.30 billion; public float meets 25% threshold

Silver Grant International Holdings Group Limited released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming a stable capital structure and compliance with Hong Kong listing requirements.

At month-end, the company’s issued ordinary share capital remained unchanged at 2.30 billion shares, with no treasury shares held. No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity instruments were issued, exercised, or cancelled during July, resulting in zero movement in authorised or issued share capital.

The issuer affirmed that the free-float level satisfied the Main Board’s Initial Prescribed Threshold of 25% of total issued shares, ensuring adequate market liquidity. All regulatory confirmations required under Main Board Rule 13.25C were provided, including receipt of all proceeds, adherence to listing conditions, and conformity of all issued shares.

The monthly return was submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 August 2026 and signed by Director Zhang Wenguang.
