Yan Palace (01497.HK) repurchased 79,600 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 7, 2026, at a maximum price of HK$6.645 per share and a minimum of HK$6.375, totaling HK$521,618 in consideration.

The repurchased shares are intended to be held as treasury stock, with zero shares earmarked for cancellation. Following the buyback, the number of issued shares, excluding treasury shares, decreased from 461,115,600 to 461,036,000, while the treasury share count rose from 4,384,400 to 4,464,000. The total number of issued shares remains unchanged at 465,500,000.

The repurchase mandate was approved on May 11, 2026, authorizing the issuer to buy back up to 46,169,320 shares in total. To date, 657,200 shares have been repurchased under this mandate on the stock exchange or other venues, representing 0.1423% of the issued shares, excluding treasury shares, as of the resolution date.

Following this repurchase, a moratorium on any new share issuance or the resale or transfer of treasury shares is in effect until October 7, 2026.
