Shares of CIMC ENRIC (03899) climbed more than 5% during Tuesday afternoon trading, with the stock last up 4.61% at HK$8.395, on turnover of HK$74.29 million. The sharp move follows news that the company has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Alibaba's Tongyi Qianwen office productivity platform on September 7, marking a significant step in its digital transformation journey. This partnership positions CIMC ENRIC as the first business segment within the CIMC Group to comprehensively adopt the Qianwen office application across its operations.

The company has now fully integrated its end-to-end business, office, and management platforms with Qianwen office, aiming to establish itself as an AI-native benchmark enterprise within the industry. Beyond the office productivity focus, both parties have committed to deepening their collaboration in the infrastructure and green energy sectors, leveraging their respective strengths to drive innovation and sustainable growth.

Looking ahead, analysts at Changjiang Securities highlight several promising growth drivers for the company. The marine clean energy business has a full order pipeline extending to 2029, while the onshore LNG and hydrogen energy segments continue to expand into emerging sectors such as commercial aerospace and semiconductors. The company's coke oven gas comprehensive utilization and green methanol projects are progressing steadily and are expected to become new growth engines. Additionally, all three major business divisions recorded growth in new orders, providing solid support for future performance, with the liquid food segment, in particular, seeing a significant rebound in orders that should gradually improve second-half revenue. The national 15th Five-Year Plan, coupled with hydrogen energy comprehensive application pilot policies, presents long-term opportunities for the company's hydrogen and green methanol businesses.
