A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales runs through 7 October 2026.

Strategic context The continued dual-listing buybacks signal Haitian Flavouring’s active capital management, marginally reducing its A-share base and advancing its H-share cancellation programme while maintaining compliance with Shanghai and Hong Kong exchange regulations.
