Hilong Holding Limited (“Hilong”) has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, covering the period ended 31 August 2026. Key disclosures are as follows:

• Authorised share capital remained at 30.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 3.00 billion. No increase or decrease was recorded during the month.
