Jinxin Fertility Group Limited (JXR) has reported the on-market repurchase of 1.35 million ordinary shares on 9 September 2026, paying between HKD 2.20 and HKD 2.25 per share. The transaction cost totaled HKD 2.99 million, implying a volume-weighted average price of HKD 2.2146.
Following the latest buyback, JXR’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.05 % to 2.69 billion shares, while treasury shares increased from 14.85 million to 16.20 million. The company’s total share count, including treasury shares, remains unchanged at 2.71 billion.
The 9 September purchase forms part of an ongoing programme approved by shareholders on 25 June 2026, which authorises the repurchase of up to 262.51 million shares. Since the mandate took effect, JXR has acquired 28.74 million shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange—equivalent to 1.09 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date.
In addition to the latest treasury shares, 92.47 million shares (around 3.43 % of current issued shares) had been repurchased between 27 March and 25 August 2026 for eventual cancellation but were still outstanding as of 9 September.
Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, JXR is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 9 October 2026. The company confirmed that all repurchases complied with Main Board Rule 10.06 and related regulations.
