Recently, the Jingwei Community New Era Civilization Practice Station on Longzheng Street organized a series of national defense education activities under the theme "Carrying Forward the Spirit of the Long March, United in Building a Strong National Defense."
On September 3, a date that marks the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression Victory Day, the community hosted a reading and sharing session for young people, titled "Reading Red Classics Together, Cultivating Deep Patriotism." During the event, youth participants explored revolutionary literature and shared stories from the Long March, gaining insight into the spirit of perseverance, sacrifice, and resistance that defined these historical chapters.
Moving forward, the Jingwei Community on Longzheng Street plans to diversify its educational approaches and integrate red-themed learning into regular programming. By expanding national defense education efforts, the community aims to foster a deeper sense of responsibility and admiration for national heroes, creating an environment where care for national security and respect for those who serve are widely embraced.
