AI Energy Engineering Holdings Limited (“AI Energy Engineering”) announced a delay in sending out the prospectus and related documents for its planned non-underwritten rights issue.

Originally scheduled for distribution on 3 September 2026, the prospectus package is now expected to be dispatched on 17 September 2026 to qualifying shareholders. The company cited the need for additional time to finalise the information contained in the documents.
