AuGroup (Shenzhen) Cross-Border Business Co., Ltd. (“AUGROUP”) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming a stable share structure and full compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules.

• Regulatory Declarations Executive Director and Joint Company Secretary Zhuang Liyan confirmed that all statutory filings, regulatory conditions, and documentation requirements have been met.

With no equity changes or capital actions in August, AUGROUP’s share capital structure remains steady, underscoring the company’s adherence to regulatory standards and commitment to maintaining an adequate public float.
