STARGLORY HLDGS (08213) announced that on 1 September 2026, after trading hours, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Yong Yaoxing Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., has agreed to acquire a 51% equity interest in Shenzhen Zhong'ao Catering Management Co., Ltd. from Shenzhen Xinlu Hui Technology Co., Ltd. for a consideration of RMB 51,000.

The target company primarily operates a Chinese restaurant business in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, specialising in Shunde cuisine from Guangdong. It operates under the brand "Tan Shi Jie" and its restaurant occupies an entire floor in Nanshan District, covering approximately 1,300 square metres. The venue includes 13 private dining rooms and about 20 tables in the main hall, capable of accommodating nearly 300 diners at the same time.

The board believes the acquisition will help the group expand its catering business market in mainland China, increasing the group's operational scale and geographical coverage. As a core city in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Shenzhen has a large population and strong consumption power, which can provide complementary and synergistic effects for the group's existing catering business portfolio.
