Gudou Holdings Limited disclosed a senior management reshuffle effective 26 August 2026. Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Wang Jun has resigned to pursue personal career development. The board confirmed there are no disagreements with Mr. Wang and no matters requiring shareholder attention.

Seasoned executive Wu Weibin, aged 59, succeeds Mr. Wang as CFO and joins the board as an executive director on the same date. Mr. Wu brings over 36 years of corporate and financial management experience and currently serves as director (since September 2017) and chairman (since April 2020) of Jielin Technology Shanghai Co., Ltd. (NEEQ: 835526). His academic background includes secondary vocational education at Shanghai Commercial School (1985–1987).

Key contractual terms: • Three-year service contract commencing 23 December 2024, terminable with not less than three months’ written notice by either party. • Annual director’s fee: HK$0.12 million, set with reference to qualifications, experience, responsibilities and prevailing market conditions. • Tenure subject to re-election at the next annual general meeting and retirement by rotation at least once every three years thereafter.

Equity interests: Mr. Wu holds 10.50 million shares of Gudou Holdings and 13.89 million share options. The company confirmed he has no relationships with other directors, senior management, or major shareholders and has not held directorships in other publicly listed companies over the past three years.

The board expressed gratitude to Mr. Wang for his contributions and welcomed Mr. Wu to the new role. Current board composition comprises Executive Directors Han Jim Zhao Ping, Jiang Guowei, Hon Chi Ming and Wu Weibin; Non-Executive Director Huang Yi; and Independent Non-Executive Directors E Yau Lai, Chan Cheuk Ho and Zhang Shao Min.
