VIVA GOODS Expands Stake with Additional 18.53 Million Li Ning Shares

VIVA GOODS (00933) has announced that on September 3-4, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Viva China Development Limited, acquired an additional 18.53 million shares of Li Ning through open market purchases on the Stock Exchange. The total consideration for this transaction amounted to approximately HK$247 million, reflecting an average price of around HK$13.35 per share.

Taking into account this latest acquisition, the purchasing entity has accumulated a total of 65.403 million shares of Li Ning during the period from August 28 to September 4, 2026, inclusive of both the start and end dates. The aggregate consideration for these transactions reached about HK$874 million, with an average cost of approximately HK$13.36 per share.

Following the completion of this acquisition, the purchaser will hold an aggregate of roughly 473 million shares of Li Ning, representing approximately 18.30% of the company's total issued share capital as of the date of this announcement.
