SR MEDICAL (00108) soared more than 14% in the morning session, with shares last up 14.17% at HK$2.06, on turnover of HK$2.466 million.

The surge follows the company's release of its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, which showed revenue of HK$223 million, representing an increase of approximately 30.7% year-on-year.

It is understood that on March 11 this year, Guorui Living completed its initial payment settlement for the acquisition of Chunyu Doctor, with the business consolidated into the group's financial statements from that date onwards. With the official launch of "SR Medical Technology," the Guorui Group will deeply integrate its industrial technology and asset management segments to extend Chunyu Doctor's digital healthcare service capabilities to a broader range of properties, communities, and cities. By leveraging Chunyu Doctor's online capabilities alongside Guorui's offline scenario-based strengths, the company is breaking down geographical and temporal barriers in medical resources, building a trinity network of "community health stations, intelligent health butlers, and home-based medical services" — underscoring its immense potential as the core engine of Guorui Group's digital healthcare strategy.
