On September 8, 2026, in a move to further standardize forest resource transfer trading within its jurisdiction, Renhua County organized a specialized promotional training session on forest resource transfer trading operations. The initiative aims to precisely implement forestry property rights trading policies, address shortcomings at the grassroots operational level, and enhance the standardization and professionalization of forestry resource market-based transfers, in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Notice on Promoting the Use of the Forest Resource Trading Section to Regulate Collective Forest Resource Transfer Trading. Forestry business leaders and technical personnel from various towns and sub-districts participated in this training session.

The training invited Comrade Guo Zhenzhen, head of the Shaoguan Rural Property Rights Trading Service Center, to provide on-site instruction and guidance. The curriculum closely aligned with real-world grassroots work demands, offering exceptional relevance and practical applicability. Additionally, the training adopted a model combining theoretical explanation with case analysis, using typical cases of forest resource transfer transactions from various regions to carefully break down common difficulties, bottlenecks, and potential risks encountered in trading operations. This approach clearly defined legally compliant trading standards and operational norms, enabling participants to thoroughly understand the policies and master the procedures.

This specialized training provided precise support to the grassroots forestry workforce, effectively consolidating the theoretical foundations of frontline staff and further enhancing their policy interpretation capabilities, risk assessment skills, and practical execution competencies. Moving forward, all relevant units will use this training as a springboard to strengthen promotion of the forest resource trading section on the Shaoguan Rural Property Rights Trading Platform.
