Veeko International Holdings Limited has released both its 2026 Annual Report and 2026 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report.

The English and Chinese versions of the documents are now available on the company’s website (www.irasia.com/listco/hk/veeko/index.htm) and on Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited’s disclosure platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Veeko recommends that shareholders review these reports online. Registered shareholders who previously opted for printed documents will receive hard copies enclosed with the notification letter dated 30 July 2026.

Shareholders experiencing difficulties with email notifications or website access—or who simply prefer physical copies—can complete and return the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests may also be sent via email to 1173-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be provided free of charge.

The company emphasizes that shareholders are responsible for supplying a valid email address. Until an operational email address is on file, Veeko will dispatch notices of publication and any actionable corporate communications in printed form.
