North American Blue Energy Partners (NABEP), a company with backing from the Trump administration operating in Venezuela, is setting its sights on significantly boosting crude production over the next two years. The firm's objective is to raise daily output from its present level of roughly 200,000 barrels to 500,000 barrels by the close of 2028.

According to a company statement, the expansion has been financed entirely through internal cash flow up to this point, though external investments are expected to accelerate the pace of growth. In recent weeks, NABEP gained widespread attention following the signing of a deal by the Trump administration, which it has described as the "largest oil agreement in world history." Under the terms of this agreement, NABEP has secured 100-year extraction concessions for 17 oil fields with estimated proven reserves of 65 billion barrels.
