Reports are also sought on the operation of vehicles without proper hazardous materials permits for the bulk transport of LPG. Specifically, this involves non-specialized vehicles that lack the required escort personnel or warning signs. Additional concerns include supplying gas to unlicensed operators or providing warehousing, transport, or sales support to facilitate the illegal trade. Furthermore, the practice of LPG companies failing to register sales under real-name systems, not scanning cylinder codes during filling, or filling gas into cylinders they do not own is also under scrutiny. The call for information ultimately encompasses any other unlawful acts connected to these "black sites" and "black bottles".
