GR Life Style Company Limited issued a clarification on 8 June 2026 regarding the timetable for determining shareholder eligibility to vote at its upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) on 26 June 2026.

The company stated that only shareholders recorded on the register at the close of business on 18 June 2026 will be entitled to attend and vote. To facilitate this, share transfer documents and relevant certificates must reach Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong by 4:30 p.m. on the same day. The transfer books and register of members will be closed from 22 June 2026 to 26 June 2026, inclusive, during which no share transfers will be processed.

Key AGM agenda items remain unchanged and include: • Granting general mandates to issue new shares and repurchase shares. • Re-election of directors. • Proposed change of company name. • Proposed change of auditor.

The board affirmed that all other information in the AGM notice and circular dated 4 June 2026 is unaffected by this clarification. The board currently comprises Executive Directors Wei Chunxian (Chairman), Wei Laier and Sun Zhongmin, and Independent Non-Executive Directors Tung Woon Cheung Eric, To Tsz Wan Vivien and Leung Louis Ho Ming.
