Graphex to Convene Board Meeting on 28 Aug 2026 for H1 Results and Interim Dividend Decision

Graphex Group Limited announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 28 August 2026 (Friday) to review and approve the consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The agenda also includes consideration of an interim dividend declaration.
The meeting is convened in accordance with Rule 13.43 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Current Board composition comprises four executive directors, one non-executive director and three independent non-executive directors, chaired by Mr Lau Hing Tat Patrick.
