HONOR MATRIX (08186) has issued a formal announcement detailing a series of board and corporate governance adjustments that will take effect from 7 September 2026.

Effective on that date, Ms. Chan Ho Yi will step down from her positions as executive director, compliance officer, and authorised representative. Concurrently, Mr. Wong Chit will resign as independent non-executive director, and Mr. Leung Ka Ho will relinquish his roles as company secretary and authorised representative.

In connection with these departures, the company has confirmed a fresh set of appointments. Mr. Cheung Chi Wing has been designated as the new authorised representative. Ms. Wu Xing has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, while Mr. Wu Ying Ho will assume the responsibilities of company secretary and authorised representative.
