PCCW Limited has issued a shareholder circular dated 4 September 2026 requesting that registered shareholders elect to receive all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—via the company’s website and HKEX’s website instead of printed copies.
Shareholders who consent to the “Website Version” will receive an email alert each time new corporate communications are published online. To make this election, investors must complete and sign the enclosed reply form and return it to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited—either by post (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong) or by email (pccw@computershare.com.hk). A prepaid mailing label is provided for local returns.
Key timeline • Deadline: If the registrar does not receive a completed reply form within 28 days of the circular date, the shareholder will be deemed to have agreed to the Website Version by default. • Duration: The web-delivery election remains effective for all subsequent corporate communications unless the shareholder requests printed copies by giving reasonable written or emailed notice. • Printed copy option: Shareholders may obtain printed materials free of charge upon request. Those who initially elect printed copies must renew the request annually or until they cease to be registered shareholders.
Email address requirement To receive electronic notifications and all future actionable corporate communications (e.g., dividend election forms, rights-issue applications), shareholders should provide a valid email address on the reply form. If no functional address is supplied, PCCW will send only a printed notification letter—and any actionable documents—in hard copy to the shareholder’s registered postal address.
Support Enquiries can be directed to the registrar’s service hotline at +852 2862 8688 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.
