The plot is located in a prime area of Xichang's eastern district, offering convenient transportation and well-developed supporting facilities, making it a scarce parcel in the current land supply of the eastern district. Should the company succeed in the tender, it intends to develop the land for mixed residential and commercial purposes and sell the properties on the market.
