Silver Grant International Holdings Group Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Leung Ting Yuk as Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and Authorised Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, effective 10 August 2026.

Mr. Leung brings more than 20 years of accounting and audit experience. His previous roles include Financial Controller at Shing Hing Loong Food Limited and at a wholly owned subsidiary of Hevol Services Group Co., Limited. He also served as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for ASD International Holdings Limited, ZMFY Automobile Glass Services Limited, China 33 Media Group Limited and China Kangda Food Company Limited. Earlier in his career, he worked at Grant Thornton Hong Kong from November 2000 to January 2008.

Mr. Leung holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Wollongong, Australia. He is a member of both the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and CPA Australia.

With this appointment, Silver Grant confirms compliance with Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules governing the qualifications of company secretaries.

The Board, chaired by Mr. Chu Hing Tsung, extended a formal welcome to Mr. Leung on his new roles.
