Neway Group Issues Profit Warning, Projects HK$30.00–45.00 Million Interim Loss for 1H 2026

Neway Group Holdings Limited (Neway Group) has alerted shareholders to an expected consolidated loss of between HK$30.00 million and HK$45.00 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The midpoint of the guidance indicates the interim deficit could widen by roughly 65 % from the HK$22.80 million loss recorded in the corresponding period of 2025.

Management attributes the projected downturn to two main factors: 1. A revenue decline in the manufacturing and sales segment during the period. 2. Segment-level losses across property development, property investment, and manufacturing and sales operations.

The figures remain provisional while the company finalises its unaudited accounts, including any impairment charges on property, plant and equipment as well as properties under development or held for sale. Neway Group plans to release its full interim results on 28 August 2026.

In line with Hong Kong listing regulations, the board advises investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares pending the formal announcement.
