LING YUE SER GP (02165) has announced that it will submit a bid on August 3, 2026, for the proposed acquisition of land use rights to a parcel being sold via public tender by the Xichang City Natural Resources Bureau. According to the terms set out in the public tender notice, the successful bidder must sign both a transaction confirmation letter and a land use rights transfer contract with the bureau within the specified timeframe.

The land is located in Xichang City, Sichuan Province, east of the Sichuan Vocational and Technical College of Applied Technology and west of Bangtai Jiuxitai, covering a total site area of 6,186.13 square meters. It is designated for commercial use, with a transfer term of 40 years for commercial purposes, and the comprehensive floor area ratio must be less than 1.5.

This parcel occupies a prime location in Xichang, offering convenient transportation and well-established supporting facilities, making it a scarce piece of land within the city's current supply. If the company succeeds in the relevant tender, it plans to develop the land for commercial purposes and sell the properties on the open market.

Currently, LING YUE SER GP operates property management services in Xichang and has built a stable customer base in the city, providing a certain level of client resource support for property development. The Xichang real estate market remains generally stable, and given the land's desirable location, the high-quality commercial products offered are expected to attract repeat purchases from existing property management customers, while also drawing in new buyers.
