NetEase Cloud Music Maintains Stable Share Count in August 2026, Affirms Sufficient Public Float

NetEase Cloud Music Inc. (HKEX: 09899) reported no movement in its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 31 August 2026, according to the company’s latest Monthly Return filed on 4 September 2026.

The authorised share capital stood unchanged at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001 each, representing total authorised capital of USD 0.10 million. Issued share capital also remained steady at 210.33 million ordinary shares, with no treasury shares held or cancelled during the month.

The company confirmed that it continued to meet the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as of 31 August 2026.

Equity incentive activity was limited to existing plans: • Pre-IPO Share Incentive Scheme (adopted 2016, amended subsequently): 591,510 options outstanding; no exercises, issuances, or cancellations occurred in August. • 2022 Restricted Share Unit (RSU) Plan: a maximum of 10.46 million new shares may be issued under the plan; 2.01 million RSUs remained outstanding and unsettled at month-end, to be satisfied with existing shares.

No warrants, convertibles, or other share-linked instruments were issued or exercised during the period, and no additional share repurchases or redemptions were recorded.
