An official signing ceremony for the All-Season Hotel project at the Jinyun Comprehensive Passenger Transport Hub was held this morning at Jinyun County Transportation Investment Group Co., Ltd. The hotel will occupy floors 13 to 24 of the hub's 106-meter-tall hotel and headquarters office building, and will feature the latest All-Season 5.0 design standard.
The project plans to offer 103 guest rooms, each spanning 30-40 square meters, along with 99 parking spaces for cars, 99 for non-motorized vehicles, and 5 ground-level spaces for tour buses. The building's layout will dedicate floors to a lobby and dining area, conference spaces, kitchens, offices, a gym, and guest rooms, integrating with the hub's existing retail and tech-office sectors to create a one-stop, mixed-use destination for work, business travel, lodging, and leisure.
Highlighting the project's strategic value, Chen Yangli, Market Operations Director at Jinyun Fengtu Business Management Co., Ltd., stated: "The prime location and integrated hub layout, right next to the high-speed rail station, will provide a massive flow of business and tourism travelers, building a solid market foundation for hotel operations. After opening, we will also leverage the platform traffic advantages of Huazhu Group to channel nationwide guests and connect with local cultural tourism resources to boost visitor numbers."
The Jinyun Comprehensive Passenger Transport Hub serves as the core section and gateway landmark of the new high-speed rail city. It integrates rail connections, long-distance coach services, bus and taxi transfers, tourist distribution, and commercial services, acting as the county's primary vehicle for advancing integrated transportation and tourism development. Connecting to the Jintai High-Speed Railway, the planned Wenzhou-Wuyi-Ji'an Railway, and the Jinhua-Lishui-Wenzhou and Taizhou-Jinhua expressway networks, the hub is expected to handle over 10,000 passenger transfers daily, reaching an annual volume exceeding 3 million. From the hub, the Xian’du 5A scenic area is just an 18-minute trip away, with quick access to other key tourism brands like Heyang Ancient Residence, Huanglong Scenic Area, and Jinyun baked flatbread.
Wang Xia'er, Director of the Investment Operations Department at Jinyun County Transportation Investment Group, provided an update on progress: "The main structure of the passenger transport hub has already topped out, and construction is proceeding in an orderly manner, with full project completion slated for January 2028. We will maintain close communication with All-Season Hotel to manage the handover of construction interfaces and ensure conditions are ready for their interior fit-out, aiming for the hotel and hub to begin operations simultaneously."
The hotel signing marks a key milestone in merging transportation infrastructure with urban commerce. It fills a critical gap in business travel amenities at the hub, allowing passengers to check in immediately upon arrival and serving business travelers, tourists, and transit passengers to complete the travel service loop. Furthermore, it enhances the overall functionality of the high-speed rail new city, bolsters its business accommodation and conference capabilities, better showcases Jinyun's gateway image, and empowers the growth of the county's cultural tourism industry.
