China Treasures New Materials Group Ltd. (CH TREASURES NM) reported no changes in its share capital structure for the month ended 31 August 2026, according to the company’s latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 1 September 2026.
The authorised capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. Issued shares held steady at 1.20 billion, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares, indicating no share repurchases or cancellations during the period.
Management affirmed that the minimum public-float threshold of 25% was met as of 31 August 2026, ensuring ongoing compliance with Main Board Rule 13.32D(1).
China Treasures also disclosed that its 2023 share-option scheme had no outstanding or newly issued options during the month. The scheme still allows for the future issuance of up to 100 million shares, but no options were granted, exercised or lapsed in August. Moreover, the company reported no warrants, convertible securities or other share-issuing agreements in effect.
The filing was signed by Company Secretary Mr. Wong Po Lam, who confirmed that all regulatory requirements related to the company’s share capital were satisfied during the reporting period.
