Hong Kong–listed Sau San Tong Holdings Limited has filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming that the company’s share structure remained unchanged throughout the month.

The authorised share capital stayed at 40.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 400.00 million. Issued shares were steady at 78.84 million, with no treasury shares on record. This means just 0.20 % of the company’s authorised share capacity is currently in issue, leaving ample headroom for any future capital-raising initiatives should the board elect to proceed.

No movements were reported in the month across share options, warrants, convertible securities or other equity-linked instruments. Accordingly, the total issued share count and share capital figured exactly the same at both the start and end of August.

Sau San Tong also confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 %, ensuring the stock’s continued eligibility for trading on the GEM Board.

The monthly return was signed by Company Secretary Mr. Chan Hin Hang on 2 September 2026, reaffirming that any corporate actions undertaken to date have satisfied all relevant regulatory and listing rule obligations.
