GenFleet Therapeutics (GENFLEET-B) disclosed a repurchase of 75,000 H-shares on 9 September 2026, spending HKD 1.96 million at prices between HKD 25.72 and HKD 26.76 per share. The volume-weighted average purchase price was HKD 26.14.

Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.02 % to 351.44 million, while treasury shares rose to 191,000. Total issued shares remain unchanged at 351.63 million, as the bought-back shares are being retained as treasury stock.

The buyback forms part of a mandate approved on 11 May 2026 authorising the company to repurchase up to 37.04 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 191,000 shares, equivalent to 0.05 % of the share count at the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, GenFleet is restricted from issuing, selling or transferring shares for 30 days following the repurchase, placing the moratorium period through 9 October 2026.
