HBM Holdings Independent Director Faces CSRC Probe; Board Affirms Normal Operations

HBM Holdings Limited announced that independent non-executive director Dr. Xiaoping Ye received a case-filing notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission on 12 May 2026. The investigation concerns alleged violations of information-disclosure rules related to changes in the shareholding of Hangzhou Tigermed Consulting Co., Ltd.

Dr. Ye holds no management responsibilities within HBM Holdings and will cooperate fully with regulators. The board stated that the Group’s daily operations remain unaffected and pledged to release further updates as required.

Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares. The announcement was signed by Chairman and Executive Director Dr. Jingsong Wang on 13 May 2026.
