On September 3rd, NAYUKI (02150.HK) submitted its monthly securities movement report for the period ending August 31, 2026, to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

During August 2026, the company repurchased 3.275 million ordinary shares under the general mandate approved at its shareholders' meeting on June 24, 2026. These repurchased shares have been designated as treasury stock, with the transaction dated August 31, 2026.

Following this action, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased from 1.684 billion at the end of the previous month to 1.681 billion.
