At a press conference held on September 10, the State Council Information Office detailed the financial sector's progress in executing the '15th Five-Year Plan' and advancing the construction of a financial powerhouse.
Vice Chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), Li Chao, emphasized that fostering the growth of high-quality enterprises in new productive forces is a key mission for the capital market in the new era. In recent years, the CSRC has rolled out reforms to deepen the development of the Science and Technology Innovation Board and the ChiNext Board, alongside measures to boost the flexibility and convenience of refinancing. These initiatives are beginning to yield tangible results.
Since the start of this year, the average review cycle for IPOs on the Shanghai and Shenzhen exchanges has been shortened to just over six months. Additionally, refinancing reviews for certain high-caliber companies are now concluded in under one month.
