This figure marks a year-on-year increase of 13.45%, alongside a contracted sales floor area of 17,330 square meters. The average selling price for the month stood at roughly RMB 19,000 per square meter.

Looking at the cumulative period from January to August, the group, including its joint ventures and associates, achieved total contracted sales of about RMB 2.802 billion. This represents a year-on-year decrease of 6.32% compared to the same period last year. The total contracted sales floor area for the eight months reached 172,724 square meters, with the average selling price calculated at approximately RMB 16,200 per square meter.
