Hong Kong Exchange filings reveal that on September 3, Xie Zhaokai acquired an additional 5.39 million shares of METASPACEX (01796) at a price of HKD 0.457 per share, bringing the total transaction value to approximately HKD 2.46 million.
Following this purchase, Xie's total shareholding in the company has risen to approximately 157 million shares, representing a 32.76% ownership stake.
