Anchorstone Publishes 2025 Annual Report, Circular and AGM Notice Online; Printed Copies Available on Request

On 30 April 2026, Anchorstone Holdings Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular and notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (collectively “Current Corporate Communications”) have been uploaded to the company’s website (www.anchorstone.com.hk) and to HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders—defined as investors whose Anchorstone shares are held via CCASS through banks, brokers or other intermediaries—are encouraged to access the electronic versions. Those who experience difficulty accessing the online documents, or who prefer hard copies, may complete and return the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. The company will provide printed English, Chinese or bilingual versions free of charge.

Shareholders opting for electronic delivery should supply a functional email address to their respective intermediaries. Until an email address is recorded, Anchorstone will continue to send notification of publication in printed form only.
