Newlink Technology Inc. (Newlink Tech) has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming a stable capital structure throughout the month.

• Authorised Share Capital: 50.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.000001 each, translating to an authorised share capital of USD 50,000. No increase or decrease was recorded.

• Issued and Treasury Shares: Total issued shares stood unchanged at 1.00 billion, comprising 997.86 million shares in issue and 5.95 million treasury shares. There were no share issuances, cancellations, conversions, or share buy-backs during August.
