Nasn Tech (02261) has formally announced the conclusion of the price stabilization period tied to its global offering. This window came to an end on Thursday, September 3, 2026, which marks the 30th day following the final application deadline for the Hong Kong public offering.

The joint coordinators, acting on behalf of the international underwriters, have verified that no over-allotment of H-shares occurred during the international placement. Consequently, the over-allotment option was never exercised and lapsed in its entirety on that same Thursday, September 3, 2026.

As a direct result, the company has not issued, and will not issue, any H-shares pursuant to the over-allotment option. Furthermore, according to the stabilization manager, neither it, nor any of its affiliated parties, nor anyone acting on their behalf, carried out any price-stabilizing transactions throughout the designated stabilization period.

Immediately after the stabilization period concluded, the company confirmed that it meets, and will continue to meet, the public float requirements set forth under Rule 19A.28B(1) of the Listing Rules.
