Hua Hong Grace (01347) announced on September 9, 2026, that it has issued 191 million RMB-denominated shares to the seller as consideration for the acquisition of a 97.4988% stake in Shanghai Hua Hong NEC Electronics Co., Ltd.
The share issuance was completed as part of the payment structure for the strategic acquisition, which aims to strengthen the company's semiconductor manufacturing capabilities.
Following the transaction, Hua Hong Grace will hold a controlling interest in the acquired entity, further consolidating its position in the industry.
