PuraPharm Keeps Outstanding Shares Unchanged at 535.90 Million in August 2026 Monthly Return

PuraPharm Corporation Limited reported no changes to its capital structure for the month ended 31 August 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 4 September 2026.

Total authorised share capital remained at 5.00 billion USD, representing 5.00 trillion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.001 each. The issued share count (excluding treasury shares) was unchanged at 535.90 million, and the company continued to hold no treasury shares.

The public float requirement under Main Board Rule 13.32B was met, with at least 25% of issued shares held by the public at month-end.

Under the 2015 Share Option Scheme, 23.96 million options were outstanding, unchanged from the prior month. No options were exercised, no new shares were issued, and no funds were raised. The scheme still allows for up to 31.79 million additional shares to be issued upon future option grants and exercises.

No warrants, convertible securities, or other share-related agreements were outstanding, and the company reported no other share movements during the period.

All relevant regulatory confirmations were provided by Company Secretary Chu Pui Ki Dickson, affirming full compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules and applicable legal requirements.
