At this year's China International Fair for Trade in Services, Zebra Children's Science and Education Group showcased its pioneering approach to embedding artificial intelligence within long-term learning environments for children aged 2 to 12. The company's flagship offering, Zebra AI Learning, encompasses programs in English, logical thinking, and comprehensive reading, all designed to establish a cohesive AI-assisted learning ecosystem that adapts to a child's developmental journey.

The exhibition highlighted a complete operational framework, built upon a foundational children's education large model, supported by years of accumulated professional teaching resources, and manifested through practical applications across English, thinking, reading, encyclopedia, and oral language. This structure extends further into actionable learning tasks such as practice, expression, creation, grading, explanation, and feedback mechanisms.

According to Xiu Jiaming, director of the Zebra Children's Research Institute, the role of AI evolves alongside the child. In the initial enlightenment phase, AI functions as an engaging "playmate," leveraging interactive elements to spark curiosity and a desire for exploration. As learners progress, AI transforms into a "creative coach," posing follow-up questions and offering gradual prompts based on a child's specific responses to cultivate independent expression. For older age groups, the curriculum transitions from fundamental knowledge acquisition to deeper comprehension, articulation, and creative output.

A consistent thread throughout every stage is AI's continuous capability to identify, respond to, and document a child's performance. Whether it's a young learner's first spoken words or a more senior student's written composition, these interactions are accumulated into a long-term growth portfolio. Xiu emphasized that while most children's AI offerings currently address singular age groups or isolated learning contexts, Zebra's ambition is to provide seamless AI companionship from early childhood interest cultivation through to advanced comprehension and creative skills in later years.

Currently, the company's portfolio is extensive, featuring Zebra AI Learning, Zebra Encyclopedia, Zebra Oral Language, Zebra Educational Toys, and Zebra Books, creating a comprehensive matrix that spans digital content, intelligent agent applications, and physical products.
