GOLDENPOWER (03919) announced that on May 6, 2026, the company intends to allot and issue a total of 6.48 million shares to the subscriber, Mr. Gao Jianxing. This represents 20% of the company's existing issued share capital as of the date of this announcement, and approximately 16.7% of the company's issued share capital as enlarged by the issuance of the subscription shares.
