Anchorstone: Court Orders Winding-Up of Subsidiary Pacific Marble & Granite; Group Anticipates No Material Impact

Anchorstone Holdings Limited announced that its indirectly wholly owned subsidiary, Pacific Marble & Granite Limited (PMG), was ordered to be wound up by the Hong Kong High Court on 18 March 2026 following a petition from creditor Hang Chin Marble Engineering Limited.

Messrs Chua Suk Lin, Ivy and Lau Kwok Hung were appointed Joint and Several Provisional Liquidators by the Official Receiver on the same date.

PMG, incorporated in Hong Kong, is principally engaged in the trading, supply and installation of marble and granite for construction projects; no new construction contracts have been undertaken since 2023.

Anchorstone stated that all ongoing business activities are conducted through other subsidiaries, and the winding-up of PMG is not expected to have a material adverse effect on the Group’s overall financial position or operations.

Further announcements will be issued in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
