K W Nelson Interior Design and Contracting Group Limited released a notification on 4 September 2026 confirming that the English and Chinese versions of its Interim Report 2026 are now available on both the company’s website (www.kwnelson.com.hk) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who have previously elected to receive hard-copy documents will receive the printed Interim Report by post. Other shareholders may continue to access the report electronically; however, those who encounter difficulties with online access can request printed copies free of charge. To do so, shareholders must complete and return the enclosed Reply Form to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label, or submit the request via email to 8411-ecom@vistra.com.

The company emphasised that shareholders are responsible for providing a functional email address. Without a valid address on record, shareholders will receive only physical notices of publication and other actionable corporate communications until an email address is supplied.
