CR Beverage Executes HKD1.20 Million Buyback; Cumulative Repurchases Climb to 0.95 Million Shares

China Resources Beverage (Holdings) Company Limited (CR Beverage) disclosed that it repurchased 165,000 ordinary shares on 3 September 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

• Transaction details: Shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 7.25 to HKD 7.315, for a total consideration of HKD 1.20 million. The volume-weighted average price was approximately HKD 7.26 per share.

• Capital impact: The day’s purchase represents about 0.0069% of CR Beverage’s 2.40 billion issued shares. All repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation.

• Programme status: Since receiving shareholder approval on 1 June 2026, the company has bought back 0.95 million shares, equal to 0.0398% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date. The current mandate permits repurchases of up to 239.82 million shares, leaving more than 238.87 million shares available for future buybacks.

• Pending cancellations: Including the latest transaction, a total of 954,800 shares acquired between 28 August and 3 September 2026 are awaiting formal cancellation.

• Moratorium: In line with Hong Kong listing rules, CR Beverage is restricted from issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 3 October 2026.

Following the 3 September transaction, the company’s issued share count remains at 2.40 billion, pending the cancellation of the repurchased shares.
