The penalties stem from multiple violations, including non-compliance with financial statistics regulations, failure to adhere to account management rules, and breaches of financial technology business standards.
Additionally, the bank was found to have violated anti-counterfeit currency management provisions, improperly occupied fiscal deposits or funds, and breached regulations concerning the collection, provision, and inquiry of credit information.
Furthermore, the institution failed to report suspicious transactions as required by law, leading to the combined administrative action taken by the central bank's local branch.
