The five mandatory national standards under review include the Safety Requirements for PV Modules (GB47739-2026), the Marking and Labeling Requirements for PV Modules (GB47740-2026), the Energy Efficiency Limit Values and Energy Efficiency Grades for Crystalline Silicon PV Modules and Inverters (GB 47834-2026), the Energy Consumption Limits per Unit Product for Polysilicon and Germanium (GB29447-2026), and the Energy Consumption Limits per Unit Product for Monocrystalline Silicon (GB47835-2026). Collectively, these standards serve as critical technical benchmarks designed to regulate market order within the solar sector and bolster capacity management efforts across the industry.
