CAI Corp Publishes 2026 Interim Report Online; Shareholders Invited to Opt for E-Communication

CAI Corp, an exempted company incorporated in the Cayman Islands (stock name: CAI CORP), announced that its 2026 Interim Report is now available on both the company’s website (http://www.cai-corp.com) and HKEX’s website (https://www.hkexnews.hk). The digital release date is 4 September 2026.

Shareholders who have not yet provided an email address—or whose previous email address is no longer valid—may switch from physical notification letters to electronic alerts by completing and returning the designated Reply Form. The form can be submitted by email (80-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk), post, or hand delivery to Union Registrars Limited, the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, at Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong.

Printed copies of all corporate communications remain available free of charge on request. Any prior written instruction to receive printed materials automatically lapses one year after receipt by the registrar unless renewed or revoked earlier.
