Tinci Materials Gains CSRC Clearance for Hong Kong Listing Plans

On September 11, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) issued the filing notice for the overseas listing of Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology Co., Ltd., clearing the way for the company's Hong Kong IPO.

The filing allows Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology Co.,Ltd. to issue no more than 412,760,200 overseas listed ordinary shares and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. According to the prospectus, the company is a globally leading new energy and advanced materials firm driven by technological innovation, primarily focused on providing integrated solutions for lithium-ion battery materials, personal care materials, and specialty chemicals to corporate clients worldwide.

In the realm of personal care materials and specialty chemicals, the company was among the early movers in China's personal care products industry to pursue business internationalization. Through more than a decade of building international standards across its R&D innovation system, quality assurance framework, and EHS system, the company has achieved steady improvements in these capabilities, establishing a strong international competitive edge.

Having been deeply embedded in the supply chains of numerous multinational consumer goods giants for years, the company served nine of the world's top ten personal care product manufacturers in 2024.
